This printing process charges based on the printing area, with larger areas costing more than smaller ones. Therefore, it's not recommended for large-area printing due to its relatively high cost.

Advantages: Exquisite printing, rich tonal range, vibrant colors, comparable to photographs. Suitable for small-area color image printing.

Disadvantages: Glue is applied to the edges of the design.

 

Digital Printing

Digital printing uses digital technology, similar in principle to inkjet printing. It features extremely fine and clear printing, similar to photographs and hand-drawn illustrations. It doesn't require plate making, has a short production cycle suitable for small-batch production, and offers a rich color palette to meet modern personalized needs.

Advantages: Exquisite printing, rich tonal range, comparable to photographs, high-temperature color fixing, washable, and resistant to rubbing over time.

Disadvantages: Cannot print spot colors because the ink penetration is not deep, resulting in less concentrated ink.

 

Computerized Embroidery

Computerized embroidery, also known as embroidery, is an art form that uses needles and thread to stitch patterns and text onto any existing fabric. Embroidery is one of China's traditional folk handicrafts. 

In the early days, hand embroidery was primarily used. With social development, embroidery machines are now widely used, offering higher efficiency and more consistent quality.

 

Advantages: The embroidery effect has a strong three-dimensional feel and good luster. It is generally used on high-end bags and other products, representing a more upscale image and enhancing the product's texture and quality.

 

Reactive Printing

Reactive printing requires the creation of a roller printing plate before the fabric is directly printed on the printing press.

Advantages: Exquisite printing, rich layering, vibrant colors comparable to photographs, direct printing on the fabric, strong colorfastness, and colorfastness after washing.

Disadvantages: High plate-making costs, suitable for large-volume orders.

 

Tie-Dyeing

Tie-dyeing, also known as tie-dyeing or knot-dyeing, is one of China's traditional hand-dyeing techniques. Tie-dyeing is a printing method where fabric is tied with thread or rope in various ways according to the designed pattern, then immersed in dye. The tied areas, where the dye cannot penetrate, form natural and unique patterns.

Advantages: Because the dye cannot penetrate the tightly tied areas, various patterns are created after the threads are removed. Tie-dyeing achieves the effect of printing through dyeing, and because the hand-tying method is non-reproducible, no two tie-dyed items are exactly alike—this is the unique charm of tie-dyeing.

Disadvantages: Due to its uncontrollable nature, the resulting tie-dyed patterns may sometimes not meet the expected results.

 

Canvas fabric has a wide range of uses:

1. With increasing environmental awareness, canvas fabric is widely used in bags, tote bags, shopping bags, tool bags, shoes, hats, clothing, handicrafts, toys, etc., which are among the most common applications in our daily lives.

2. It can be used as a tarpaulin for cargo on automobiles, trains, and ships, and for covering open-air warehouses at stations, docks, seaports, and airports.

3. It can be used to build temporary grain warehouses and to cover various crops in the open air.

4. It can be used as a material for building temporary sheds and warehouses on construction sites, power construction sites, and other construction sites.

5. It can be processed into camping tents and outer covers for various machinery and equipment.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Canvas Fabric Canvas is generally divided into two main categories: coarse canvas and fine canvas. Coarse canvas, also known as tarpaulin, has good waterproof properties, and its biggest feature is its sturdiness and durability. It is used for covering automobiles and open-air warehouses, as well as for setting up tents outdoors. Fine canvas is used to make workwear and related supplies. After dyeing or printing, it can also be used as a shoe material, a bag fabric, handbags, backpacks, tablecloths, etc. In short, sturdiness, wear resistance, and durability are the main characteristics of canvas. It has high strength, good impact resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, moth resistance, acid resistance, but not alkali resistance, and excellent light resistance (second only to acrylic fiber). Some functional canvases retain 60-70% of their strength after 1000 hours of sun exposure. The fabric is easy to wash and quick-drying, has good shape retention, and is "washable and wearable." The disadvantages are that functional canvas has poor moisture absorption and is difficult to dye.
