-Can you see their customer reviews?
-What is the rating of the online shopping platform?
-Are there any negative reviews for the online store?
-How did the factory address the negative reviews/issues?
3. Professional Team
The professionalism of a team can be seen from a small order - whether they can clearly understand your demands and move quickly. Provide the bag specification and let them know what shape, material, color and changes you need to make. If they quickly give you a solution and workplan within 24hours; It means that there is a strong team there standby. Leave it to them with confidence, because there is a team behind you.
4. Leadtime
The punctual delivery is very important. Check the turnaround the supplier needs to see whether it fits into your timeline prior to order.
If you regularly purchase products from the supplier, you want these products to be available when you need them. The strict production timing control is required. Try to break down the time spent in every procedure of production loops and ask the supplier to double confirm. A trial order is suggested to place and record the time it costs in every production steps...
5. Quality
Ask the supplier to provide their quality management system documents and see how they control the quality of their products in IQC, IPQC and OQC(PSI) stages. Ask for the suppliers if they have the inspection standards and testing reports for these bags you are interested in. The best way is to get a quality inspection report they have done recently and some daily records to control their sharp metal tools and dangerous chemical products.
6. Financial security
It's always worth making sure your supplier has sufficient strong cash flow to deliver what you want. A financial credit investigation will help assure you that they won't go out of business when you need them most.
7.Communication and Partnership
Communication is vital, especially when problems arise. Make sure the supplier gives you enough feedback during these times. The best suppliers also take the initiative to talk to you regularly in order to determine ways to serve you better.
Reliable suppliers ship the right items at the agreed terms for quality, price, and on-time delivery. They also have contingency plans in place to protect their own business continuity, reputation, and compliance; they’re ready to get the job done, not pass the buck or excess risk on to you.
